I am a Mental health OT living with ME/CFS. I work primarily with ND women experiencing challenges in the intersection of ND, dysautonomia associated illnesses and woman-hood. I have a huge passion for supporting women in this space – and it seems like the perfect fit of my prior work in paediatrics, research, mental health, and women’s health. As I am an endorsed Mental Health Occupational Therapist (MHOT), I am available for support under a mental health care plan.
